Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 6rwim platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other person who interacts with any part of the 6rwim website.

Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

If you are using 6rwim on behalf of a third party or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. 6rwim accepts no liability for any unauthorised use of the platform by individuals acting outside the scope of these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 6rwim is strictly reserved for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your use of the platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from the 6rwim platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 6rwim complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent or proxy for another individual for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 6rwim or any of its affiliated game providers.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided — including your date of birth — is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 6rwim's services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and the cashier — you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 6rwim platform. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid, working email address that you personally control.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth, matching the identification documents you will be asked to provide during KYC verification.
• You must create a secure password. 6rwim recommends using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must provide a valid mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

6rwim operates a Know Your Customer process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming your bKash, Nagad, or bank account number matches the account registered on 6rwim)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restriction until documents are submitted and reviewed.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 6rwim account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. 6rwim will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 6rwim platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 6rwim reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
• Deposits are credited to your 6rwim balance upon confirmed receipt. In the event of a processing delay, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your verified 6rwim account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification to our satisfaction.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.
• 6rwim reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request of ৳50,000 or above, in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Processing times stated above are estimates. During periods of high transaction volume — particularly around BPL finals and major T20 tournament events — processing times may be slightly extended.

Bonuses & Promotions

6rwim offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe (typically 7–30 days from the date of bonus credit). Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.
• Certain game types — including live casino tables, specific jackpot slots, and crash games — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the detailed terms of each promotion.
• 6rwim reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a promotion, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact percentage match and minimum deposit required are stated on the promotions page and may be updated periodically. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only and cannot be combined with any other new player offer unless explicitly stated.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets, casino wagers, and other forms of gameplay on the 6rwim platform. Sport- and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General Betting Conditions

• All bets are final once confirmed. 6rwim does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the platform system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and player account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• 6rwim reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical error during bet placement — including but not limited to server interruptions, connectivity failures, or software faults — 6rwim reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• Odds and prices displayed on the platform are indicative. 6rwim reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors at any time. Bets placed at an obviously erroneous price may be voided.

Cricket Betting Specifics

Given the centrality of cricket to our platform — particularly BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — the following additional rules apply to cricket markets:

• In the event that a match is abandoned or suspended due to weather or other circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where an official result is declared. If no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted up until the point indicated on the live bet interface. Once a market is suspended in-play, no further bets will be accepted until the market reopens or is settled.
• Player performance markets (e.g., top scorer, most wickets) will be settled based on the official scorecard as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).

Casino and RNG Games

• All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. 6rwim does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the hand or spin will be completed according to the game provider's rules, and the result recorded accordingly.
• Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility ratings are available within the individual game information panels.

Responsible Gaming

6rwim is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults aged 18 and above. It should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary account restriction for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the 6rwim platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6rwim platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Money Laundering: Using the 6rwim platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity or for the purposes of concealing the origin of funds.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the 6rwim platform, whether in your own name or under assumed identities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit casino game mechanics, or share account access for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated, low-risk, or systematic betting strategies designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gameplay intent.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the 6rwim platform in place of genuine human play.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on insider information, or participating in any scheme to fix, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event offered on 6rwim's sportsbook.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with a payment provider in respect of deposits made to 6rwim.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 6rwim staff or other players through any channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

6rwim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory or legal requirements that mandate account closure
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). A dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant account balances to cover administrative costs. 6rwim will notify the account holder via their registered email address before dormancy charges begin. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting our support team.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 6rwim account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified available balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances being forfeited. Accounts closed at player request may not be reopened for a period of 30 days from the closure date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6rwim and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling activity, whether due to skill, chance, or system malfunction
• Loss of data, account access, or account funds arising from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Interruptions to the platform caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or circumstances beyond 6rwim's reasonable control (force majeure)
• Decisions made based on incorrect odds or pricing displayed due to technical errors, prior to those errors being corrected
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment provider systems, including bKash, Nagad, or partner banks

6rwim does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices when accessing 6rwim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international standards for online gaming operations. 6rwim makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your account, a specific bet, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of your use of the 6rwim platform, we encourage you to follow the process below:

1. Contact Support: In the first instance, submit your complaint to our support team at [email protected] with a full description of the issue, your account username, and any supporting documentation or transaction references.
2. Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days of the initial contact, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint by clearly marking your email "FORMAL COMPLAINT". Our customer relations team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
3. Final Decision: Following the formal complaints process, 6rwim will issue a written final decision. This decision represents the conclusion of 6rwim's internal dispute resolution process.

6rwim's records of bet outcomes, transaction histories, account activity logs, and game results shall be considered the authoritative record in the event of any dispute regarding platform activity. In the event of a conflict between your own records and 6rwim's server-side records, 6rwim's records shall prevail, except in the case of demonstrable technical error.

Amendments to These Terms

6rwim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account, and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days following the update.

The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by its effective date and version number displayed at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with the Account Suspension & Closure section above. 6rwim will process any outstanding verified balance in accordance with the closure procedure described in that section.
